Cabin Crew jobs

Cabin crew are safety professionals first. The role is built around emergency procedures, medical response and passenger management, with service delivered on top of that foundation.

Qualification and currency

Working as cabin crew in Europe requires a Cabin Crew Attestation, aircraft type qualification for each type you operate, a valid medical, and recurrent training that has to stay current. Operators also check language proficiency, reach requirements and the right to work in the base country.

JobAvion keeps attestation, type qualifications and recurrent training dates on your profile with expiry tracking, so a lapsed qualification never costs you a role you were otherwise right for.

Airline versus business aviation

Airline cabin crew work fixed rosters with defined sectors and large crew complements. Business aviation cabin crew often operate single-crew, plan catering and logistics themselves, work irregular schedules and need a much wider service and discretion skill set. Both are cabin crew roles; almost nothing else about them is the same.

Being able to see which kind of operation is hiring — before applying — saves everybody time.
