Job Avion (Avion Technic Ltd.) provides this platform, including all AI-powered features, job listings, and educational content, on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

By accessing or using Job Avion, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Job Avion is NOT an aviation authority, a certified training organization (ATO/Part-147), or an air carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Job Avion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. AI Safety Warning & Operational Restrictions

• NO OPERATIONAL USE: You must NEVER use AI-generated content for live operational decision-making, flight planning, aircraft maintenance releases (CRS), airworthiness determinations, or safety-critical procedures.
• RISK OF HALLUCINATION: Artificial Intelligence models can occasionally produce "hallucinations"—sounding plausible but being factually incorrect, outdated, or misleading.
• MANDATORY VERIFICATION: It is your sole responsibility as a licensed professional (Pilot, Engineer, Dispatcher, etc.) to verify all data against the current, official, and signed manufacturer documentation (AMM, IPC, MEL, FCOM) and the relevant regulatory publications (EASA, FAA, ICAO).

3. Limitation of Liability for Damages

Under no circumstances shall Job Avion, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal Injury or Property Damage: Any incident, accident, or damage to aircraft resulting from reliance on information provided by the AI or other users.
• Financial Loss: Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
• Employment Disputes: Any conflict, unpaid wages, or breach of contract between a Candidate and an Employer/Recruiter found through the platform.

4. Status of the Platform (Intermediary Role)

Job Avion acts solely as a technical intermediary connecting aviation professionals, employers, and training providers.

• Recruitment: We are not a party to any employment agreement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or the credentials of candidates.
• Training: We do not conduct training courses. All training services are provided by independent third-party organizations. Job Avion is not responsible for the quality, certification, or accreditation of these courses.

5. Regulatory Compliance (EASA / FAA)

While we strive to keep our database aligned with current EASA and FAA regulations, aviation law is subject to frequent amendments.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Job Avion from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform's AI tools for operational tasks.
