What it holds

For individuals: EASA Part-66 licences, aircraft type ratings, medical certificates, language proficiency, dangerous goods, CRM, SEP, PBN, RVSM, ETOPS, EWIS and fuel tank safety, with the certificate document itself attached as a PDF or photograph.

For organisations: Part-145, Part-147, Part-21 and Part-M approvals, national authority approvals, and quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, EN9100 and NADCAP.

Expiry tracking that runs on its own

Every certificate carries a live status — valid, expiring soon, critical or expired — with the days remaining counted for you. Reminders go out five times before the date: 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days ahead. The dashboard shows everything falling due in the next ninety days in one view.

The point is not the list. The point is that the reminder reaches you at 90 days, when a renewal is still a scheduling problem, rather than at 7 days when it has become an operational one.

Identity documents, handled carefully

A passport or national ID card can be stored to confirm who you are for work that requires it. The details are read automatically from the document, shown back to you to correct before anything is saved, and kept in private storage rather than on a public content network.

The two are treated differently on purpose. A national ID card is never shown to a company — JobAvion records only that identity was confirmed. A passport is released to a specific employer only when you consent for a specific job, and that access ends thirty days after the job closes. Either document can be replaced or deleted by you at any time.

Medical certificates and health data

A medical certificate is health data under Article 9 of the GDPR, so it is treated as such: an explicit, separate consent before it is stored, and an audit record of every consent, upload, change and deletion. It is not folded into general profile data and it is not used for anything you did not agree to.
